We currently do not offer refunds on subscriptions due to paid data processing APIs used for User registration with Membership. To ensure top-notch service quality we used premium OCR processing models which don't offer refunds once subscriptions are initiated.
We always ensure 99.99% uptime of the imgOCR web tool and API services. In Rare cases, if you come across an interruption in scheduled maintenance, you will be compensated with some extra Perks.
Be Responsible, if you purchase a plan and again purchase another plan on top of existing. You will lose your are existing Perks and subscriptions and new plan will be Active with its own perks and validity.
Suppose you bought weekly and monthly both plans same time, your plan's limits & validity will be same as last purchased plan. But as I mentioned earlier, memberships are not refundable. We can just disburse you with some perks in limits and expiration dates.
No, because we already reduced prices without a profit margin. we just ask for premium API costs and gateway fees. so On Sale, memberships are not affordable for us to refund in any case. We can give you a favor to cancel your recurring auto subscription.
On the checkout page, you have a checkbox option for an auto-renewal subscription. It's your responsibility to choose intentionally better options according to your needs. We can just manage to cancel auto-recurring payments for your subscription but not refund those charges.
